**Please only book this appointment if you have already had at least one appointment with Postpartum Discoveries. If you are a new client, please book the In Home Infant Feeding Support option. ** Includes: -Observation of a feeding -Infant weight check -Pre & Post breastfeeding weight -Infant oral assessment -Physical assessment of infant and parent -Address any issues/concerns since last visit -Share notes with pediatrician/OBGYN with your permission - Individualized feeding care plan via the parent portal 2 weeks of secure messaging within the parent portal

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact us within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee with the card on file. No shows or cancellation less than 4 hours prior to appointment will result in a $75 fee charged to the card on file.
